In this blog, I will try to ask "big questions" related to the science of awareness and attention in Tai Chi and meditation. My background is that I do scientific research at Harvard Medical School related to Tai Chi and Meditation. My interest is partly driven by my experience practicing Tai Chi and Qigong as a way of coping with a serious illness. Because of my illness, I also follow stuff related to suffering, transcendance and health
